1) General Principles
Being a Member of UNIQUE PARIS is the greatest proof of your trust in our brand.
Unique Paris is a French company that operates with integrity. The principles contained in our Codes of Confidentiality and Business Ethics applies to all of our employees.
UNIQUE PARIS acknowledges the importance that must be given to the protection of your private data. For us, all your personal data are information of sensitive nature and should be protected.
In order to protect as effectively as possible the information concerning an identified or identifiable individual registered on the site www.unique-paris.fr, UNIQUE PARIS takes all the necessary measures to apply a strict policy on the protection of private data, particularly high security standards for the products and services on offer on our Website. When our Member uses our Conciergerie services, all personal data, including contact details such as surname, address, mobile phone number, email address, passions, personal history and professional background…) or your consumption habits (travels, favorite holiday destinations, quick buys etc.) are collected only for conciergerie business purpose and they stay confidential.
Our Code of Confidentiality does comply fully with all relevant laws and regulations wherever we operate.
Each employee of UNIQUE PARIS is responsible for applying this Code of Confidentiality in the day-to-day business.
2) Disclosure of information to third parties
UNIQUE PARIS will use reasonable endeavors not to disclose Members’ information to any other third parties, unless we are required to do so by law or any court order, unless a Member consents to such disclosure or in the normal process of an order being transmitted to an external supplier.
3) Right of access to personal data
Members may change their registered details in any way or request that their personal data is removed from UNIQUE PARIS systems by emailing us at admin@unique-paris.fr.
Each Member about whom UNIQUE PARIS keeps personal information on computer has a number of other rights under the Act 78-17 voted on the January 6th, 1978, in addition to the Right of Access. These include the right to have any inaccurate information rectified or erased, to have personal data taken off a direct marketing or direct mailing list and the right to complain to UNIQUE PARIS. 4) Personal Data Collection
In order for Members to use some of our online services and to gain the full benefits of such services UNIQUE PARIS need to collect and process various personal data. To register as Member, users may be asked to send to UNIQUE PARIS personal data about Members, such as their name, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers.
The personal data UNIQUE PARIS collect is used to process your request for our services, to provide such services, and to keep records of those who use our services so that we can contact Members in the event that any other relevant product or service becomes available and inform Members about.
5) Cookies
The UNIQUE PARIS server only stores temporary cookies on the computer of the registered Member. These cookies make it possible, during a session, to identify the Members and secure their Orders. These cookies are indispensable for the provision of the requested services, as they enable the Member to access all the functionalities available on the site www.unique-paris.fr.

II. Code of Business Ethics
Our Code of Business Ethics defines our philosophy and the very high standards our employees should apply in their daily tasks. This Code rules not only the relationships between UNIQUE PARIS and the suppliers but also between UNIQUE PARIS and its staff and its Members
This Code of Business Ethics limits the risks of conflict of interest (also bribery, corruption or any other illegal business practice) by encouraging our staff to disclose conflicts of interest and preparing them to exercise judgment to resolve or manage a conflict of interest. To achieve this goal, our Code of Business Ethics promotes our corporate values such as Discretion and Reliability.
We value the interests of our Members as our main asset and first priority.
Every year, a Head of Ethics is assigned by the CEO of UNIQUE PARIS to ensure that our Code of Ethics is being applied by our staff. Clear reporting lines enable any employee to report to the Head of Ethics any ethical concerns. UNIQUE PARIS fosters an open working environment in which everyone can ask questions or express concerns without fear of reprisal. It will help ensure that the company as a whole maintains the highest ethical standards. The company is committed to operating in this way. The Head of Ethics is in charge for organizing periodic training sessions about Ethics inside the company.
